Day-trippers come to Scotch Creek from across the Shuswap and Okanagan.
A bathing suit, 2 towels and sandals. A robe is optional, just for your comfort. Forgot something? Towels ($30) and robes ($85) are available to buy on site.
Each session is 90 minutes and costs $58 per person. Thursday nights are $40 per person.

Sit on a towel, keep voices relaxed, ask the group before adding water to the stones, and follow the posted safety signs. Leave the sauna right away if you feel dizzy or unwell, and drink plenty of water. Complimentary tea and iced lemon water are always out for you.
Go at your own pace: warm up in the sauna, cool off in a cold plunge or the copper plunge shower, then rest by the fire. Repeat the cycle as feels good for your body.
